Shipping
We utilize USPS and DHL Express (for large International orders, when the destination country has USPS “size restrictions”, to insure prompt delivery to your door. We offer USPS various shipping methods for all online shopping cart orders within the continental US. Mini LP CD’s will not ship USPS MEDIA Mail, nor will anything that can ship USPS First Class method, as MEDIA Mail is the most risky and if there is a problem, you must wait 30 days passed “USPS acceptance of parcel” for USPS to perform an “investigation” and to file an Insurance Claim with our Insurance Carrier = NOT USPS. All items over $49.00 will have required Insurance added to shipping costs. See specifics below under “DOMESTIC” and “INTERNATIONAL” areas.
Most items are shipped via Ground Service, but special arrangements can be made if you have unique requirements. We also ship World Wide to most International locations however some items we are not permitted to ship outside the USA.

For a nominal charge we can ship 1 Day or 2 Day Guaranteed Express delivery. Online purchases currently allow for Priority or Priority EXPRESS shipping options – these are not “guaranteed delivery” – the USPS labels the estimated provided delivery times as “estimates – NO Guarantee”.

Return Policy
At PertNeubees.com we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return an unopened, still sealed in tact item back to us. We only provide refunds to items that are unopened and still sealed. We have only received opened and resealed Mini LP or Album resealing type sleeves and they are “tamper proof” and there are telltale signs, no matter what some may believe, you can tell a plastic protective resealable sleeve has been opened and resealed. Just like Record and CD stores of old, “No returns, if opened, it’s yours!” Below are the guidelines associated with our return policy. Return arrangements for online orders must be made within 3 days of receipt. All refunds will be minus shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card fees. You may use your refund for full store credit on another “In Stock” item. If you choose a refund there will be a 10% re-stocking fee. The returning item must have an RA number given to you by a PertNeubees.com representative. Any item being returned without an RA number will be refused. The returning item must be shipped back in the same manner which it was received. If there is any damage to the item due to insufficient packing the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued. All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase price. We will not accept a return if the item has been modified in any way. Returns are not accepted on any layaway items. Layaways are final sales and will be treated as such. Exchange for credit on another “In Stock” item is acceptable.
“In Stock” item is any item physically in the facility and ready to ship.
All Layaway and Custom Orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Layaways will not extend more than 30 days from first processed transaction unless a payment schedule has been approved. Returns are not accepted on any custom “Special Orders.” A credit towards in stock item can be applied.
An Important Note About Credit Card Fraud
PertNeubees.com values its customers. Therefore, to protect consumers, we verify all on-line credit card purchases, and vigorously pursue all fraudulent attempts to purchase merchandise with stolen or unauthorized credit cards. We work closely with local, state, and Federal agencies under the auspices of the Computer Crime Act of 1986 – so, if you order something using a stolen credit card, it will be discovered and forwarded to the proper authorities. Prosecuted to the full extent of whatever law exists to stop the nonsense.
Seller’s Terms:
Please be aware that these items are also available on other venues and especially with “one left in stock” there is a chance of that item or those items selling before we have or had a chance to update our “LAST One in Stock” item. We try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, but there is always a possibility the item may have been sold on another venue. Please understand this fact of life as we do understand our disappointment, we want to provide exactly what you want. Leaving negative or neutral feedback from anyone who is only s buyer and not a seller as well, may result in blocked access, as if you do not know anything about what you are complaining about, how can you become neutral or negative. It is best, as my mentor raised me to believe, = “become active in learning about others short comings, before you comment non positively and expose your own.” We sellers have noticed… It appears Buyers that do not Sell or have ever listed anything for sale, do not understand this fact of: a large inventory, multiple third-party listed vendors, many “only ONE in Stock” of items and not many employees paid to perform Inventory maintenance, as to NOT “disappoint” those that will knock you for being “Sold Out” of the item THEY wanted, before I had an opportunity to remove from all other listings. DOMESTIC (within US):
We ship to the address provided by PayPal – in order to protect both of us per their policies and rules.
USPS First Class shipping is $5.95 for the first CD without Insurance [Insurance = $3.75 up to $100.00 and an additional amount can be purchased to purchase insurance covering the entire purchase price, otherwise, it covers the first $100.00.) (up to three Mini LP CD’s with 6” x 6” x 2” BOX = 13 ounces, First Class break-off point), then package weight is too much for First Class and must ship PRIORITY Mail at actual determined price. Insurance is required on ALL orders $49.00 and above [Insurance to some addresses is required no matter the price paid]. We DO NOT ship 7″ VINYL Records or CD’s USPS MEDIA Mail – if they can ship First Class. MEDIA Mail is only used for VINYL that will NOT ship First Class (due to weight – stops at 13 ounces = (usually 10″ and 12″ VINYL Records). USPS MEDIA Mail is the slowest and least secure method to ship in the US, there is nothing we can do if not insured. The USPS doesn’t do much when UnInsured Media Mail is lost, stolen and/or damaged.
California buyers must pay applied 8.75% Taxes.
BOX Sets, and VINYL Records will be priced per type and weight of specific package. We strive to keep shipping prices as close to cost as possible. We use heavy-duty mailers. (Insurance is either required or recommended = see detail above).
Packaging in our = “UpGraded CORNER ProTecTion Mailer/BOX” for protecting Sleeve Corners and the Sleeve and Vinyl Record themselves Albums (12″ VINYL Records) is available and suggested vs. using our Regular Single Box/Mailer, for an additional $2.00. The “UpGraded CORNER ProTecTion Mailer/BOX” protects the corners from being crushed or creased during the shipping journey. The total additional cost for box and additional shipping weight is $2.00 USD.
All International Custom fees are the responsibility and obligation of the buyer.
“Non-Paying Buyer” order will automatically be cancelled if purchased item is not paid for within 3 days of invoice.
INTERNATIONAL:
We ship to the address provided by PayPal or payment provider – in order to protect both of us per their policies and rules.
International shipping is $14.95 for single copy [Insurance = $3.00 per $100.00 (cost is $3.80 for International) and an additional amount can be purchased to purchase insurance covering the entire purchase price, otherwise, it covers the first $50.00 to $100.00. Please be aware that some addresses when shipped USPS First Class International = (the least expensive International shipping method available for our boxes) Insurance is required on ALL orders $49.00 and above [Insurance to some addresses is required no matter the price paid]. (Plastic Case or Mini LP) CD’s and 7″ VINYL Records, USPS has raised rates multiple times in the past months and appear will continue to increase shipping rates per additional CD / 7″ VINYL. – Insurance is required on Domestic and International orders $49.00 and above. Required Insurance added to shipping to protect both of us from lost and stolen items. International countries must have Insurance applied to the parcels to ship. A Phone number for Customs and USPS online shipping form requirement is required to ship.
Insurance is Required and Recommended for all orders, esp. when receiving “Music Collectibles” that cannot easily be found in same condition and authenticity for the same amount of $$.
CANADIAN International shipping is Calculated by USPS app. (Insurance is either required or recommended = see detail above).
