The 25th Anniversary PRS Modern Eagle III Stoptail Electric Guitar builds on the tradition of the Modern Eagle.
The anniversary guitar is crafted with premium grade wood, classic Modern Eagle frets, a Modern Eagle wide fat neck carve, and a very hard and thin finish.
The stoptail edition of the 25th Anniversary Modern Eagle III is also enhanced with shadow bird inlays,
an anniversary headstock eagle, a bound rosewood fretboard, and a unique color palette.
Added to the guitar are 3 cutting edge narrowfield pickups.
These PRS passive pickups are based on 57/08 humbuckers that have been “squished” to create a smaller magnetic field that senses a much shorter piece of the string.
The result is a very musical new-sounding pickup system that blends the sonic attributes of single-coil, soapbar, and humbucker pickups.
